How do I know which size to order?
Superga sneakers generally run true to size; however, our classic 2750 Cotu styles can sometimes run slightly large. We recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide available on each product page to compare EU, US, and UK measurements.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Are Superga sneakers machine washable?
While our canvas 2750 shoes are durable, we do not recommend machine washing as it can weaken the adhesive between the rubber sole and the upper. For best results, spot clean with a damp cloth, mild detergent, and cold water.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
