We want you to love your new Superga sneakers, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all footwear is returned in its original packaging and brand-new condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Sneakers
Place the unworn shoes in their original Superga box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
